Katherine’s Yummy Cashew Cheese Dip

1 C. cashews
1 C. carrots, chopped
2 Tbsp lemon juice
2 Tbsp nutritional yeast
1 tsp sea salt
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
2-3 Tbsp water (sometimes I use the water from steaming the carrots)

Katherine’s Yummy Cashew Cheese Dip

1. Soak cashews overnight and drain (unless you have a VitaMix, then no soaking needed)

2. Steam carrots till tender (10-15 minutes)

3. Add all to the food processor and blend till desired consistency (may need a little more water).
